CAREER SATISFACTION
Alternatives Vocational Services (AVS) helps people with disabilities to find and maintain jobs. AVS provides job development, coaching, and follow-along services, allowing individuals to experience increased wages, greater independence, and the satisfaction that comes from holding a job.

AVS currently works with more than 45 employers, providing employment to more than 100 individuals throughout the area, and is always adding more to the list.
TRAINING
We recruit, train, and onboard reliable, motivated employees, which helps reduce turnover costs.
SUPPORT
We provide ongoing employee relations support to increase job awareness and skills, while adding no cost to the business.
SUCCESS
